ORDINANCE N0. 1051
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF ADDING TO AND THE RECLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES THAT AMENDS THE ZONING
MAY WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby does ordain
as follows:
Section 1. The official. land use plate of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 hereby is amended to
reclassify certain properties as follows:
From M-1 Zone (County designation) to M Zone (City
designation):Lots 11 through 34, Watts Park Tract.
Section 2. That said classification si;ail apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part A-2 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 570, which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynvrood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
Lynwood,
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 5th day of September, 1975, and finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council
held on the 19th day of September 1978.
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, P~orris, Rowe, Higgins.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.

of Ordinance No. 1051 adopted by the City Council of the

by the vote therein stated.
