APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION
PROJECT IN AND FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN; UPON REVIEW OF THE BIDS AND
RECOMMENDATION BY THE PROJECT ENGINEER
WHEREAS, The City Council of1the City of TIFFIN has received bids for the WATER AND
SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT; and
WHEREAS, the City of TIFFIN has identified Maxwell, Cornerstone and WRH as having the
lowest, most responsive, responsible bid; and
WHEREAS, the City of TIFFIN desires to expedite the *contractual process; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of TIFFIN to authorize the
Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk to sign all necessary .notices, documents, and forms of
contract, as required and necessary to execute a contract with Maxwell, Cornerstone and WRH
as identified and recommended by the Project Engineer.
