(i) OF SECTION 17-97 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF L'YN6d0OD PROHIBITING 11^HE SALE OF
FIRL'ARi~15 AS A HOME OCCUPATION

does ordain as follows:
SL-'CTIOIV 1. Subsection (i) of Section 17-97 of the
Code of the Ci-~t Lynwood hereby is amended to read as
follows:
(i) 'Phe following occupations are specifically excluded:
a• Real estate sales;
p• Beauty shops;
c. Doctors' offices;
d• Barber shops;
e• Cleaning and dyeing;
f- Shoe repairing;
g• Sale of firearms.

person or place, be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
SECTIOiV 4. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to
cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Lynwood.
