AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF ADDING TO AND THE RECLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES THAT AMENDS THE ZONING
MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby does
ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Official land use plan of the City
of Lynwood as established by Ordinance no. 570 hereby is amended
to reclassify certain properties as follows:
From P-1 Zone to R-3 Zone: Lot 79, Tract 2551.
All within the corporate limits of the City of Lynwood.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply
in the manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part C-1 of
the zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said
Ordinance No. 570, which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause
the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the
City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of said City held on the 20th day of February, 1979, and finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council
held on the 6th day of March, 1979.
Ayes: BYORK, GREEN, MORRIS, ROWS, HIGGINS.
Noes: NONE.
Absent: NONE.

by the vote therein stated.
