APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE PARK ROAD PARKING LOT
LIGHTING CHANGE ORDER ON 2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT DIVISION 1-9,
FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City. of Tiffin has received quotes for the Park Lighting
Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin has identified Advanced Electric as having the lowest, most
responsible quote in the amount of $ 28,800.00. Advanced Electric will install (10) light poles
rand luminaries with associated hardware in Division 8 & 9 of the Capital Improvement Project..
The lights, poles and accessories will be purchased by the owner from HaloPhane at the cost of $
35,350.00.
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desires to expedite the contractual process; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin to authorize the
Mayor and City Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents, and forms of contract, as
required and necessary to execute a contract with Advanced Electric as identified and
recommended by the Project Engineer.
