A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TEMPORARY
LIQUOR LICENSES FOR RIVAL GAME RELAY
Whereas, The City recognizes that the Rival Game Relay is on Friday, September 12,
2014 and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that they would like a few beer
tents for all of the visitors/event;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
a temporary liquor license for Rival Game Relay.
On the 23rd day of July, at a regular meeting of the .Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Petersen introduced Resolution No. 2014-101, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR RIVAL GAME RELAY and
made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Kahler, Upton, Bartels, Petersen
Nays: none.
Absent: RYAN.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner .
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-101, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
TEMPORARY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR RIVAL GAME RELAY to be adopted and
signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 23RD day of July, 2014.
