AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING ORDINANCE
N0. 570 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADDING TO
AND THE RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES THAT AMENDS THE ZONING MAP
WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby does or-
dain as follows:
Section 1, The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as esta fished by Ordinance No. 570 is amended to re-
classify certain properties as follows:
From CB-1 (Controlled Business) zone to R-3 (Multiple
Family) zone: Lots 8,9,10,11 Tract 20680, all within the cor-
porate limits of the City of Lynwood.
Section 2. (a) That said classification shall apply
in the manner set orth in detail in the amendatory part F-4 of
the Zoning Map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Or-
dinance No. 570, which amendatory part is a part hereof.
(b) Said, zone change shall not take effect until: (i)
the City of Lynwood has formally adopted a condominium ordinance
and said, ordinance has taken effect; and (ii) a subdivision map
approved by the City has been duly filed. for recordation.
Section':-3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed.

to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
Lynwood,
Section 4. Severability If any section, subsection,
sentence, cause, phrase, or portion of this ordinance, or the
application thereof to any person or place, is for any reason
held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any
court or competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect
the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or its
application to other persons or places. The City Council hereby
declares that it would have adopted this ordinance, and each sec-
tion subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase or portion
thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections,
subsections, subdivisions, sentences, clauses, phrases, or por-
tions, or the application thereof to any person or place, be de-
clared invalid or unconstitutional.
First reading at the regular meeting of the City Council
of said City on the 2nd day of October, 1979, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 16th day of October 1979.
Ayes: Councilmen BYORK, GREEN HIGGITdS, ROG,rE, MORRIS.
Noes: Councilmen NONE.
Absent: Councilmen NONE. _
