AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COliNCIL OF'
T'HE CITY" OF LYNWOOD A14IENDINC~ ORDINANCE
NO. 570 FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADDING TO AND
THE RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
THAT A INTENDS THF' ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART
OF SAID ORDINANCE -(10941 VIRGINIA)
The City f`ouncil of the City of Lynwood hereby does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of Lynwood as established
by Ordinance No. 570 is amended to reclassify certain properties as follows;
Frorn P-1 (.Automobile Parking Zone) to R-1 {Residential Single Family)
zone: Lot 185 of Trac± 'd984, all within the corporate Limits of the City of Lynwood.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the manner set forth
in detai'1 in the amendatory part F-4 of the Zoning Map of the City of Lynwood, being
a part of said Ordinance No. 570, which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to ceriffy to
the passage of this Ordinance anal to cause the same to be published once in. the
Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circu ation, printed, published and cir-
culated in the City of L~rnwood.
Section 4. Severability df any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase, or portion o thi~~- e-or+~Inance, ox° the application thereof to any person o.r
place, is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by.the decision of any
court or competent yurksdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remainirng portions of this ordinance of its application to other persons or° places.
The City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance, and
each section subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase or portiorx thereof,
irrespective of the fact that a.ny one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions,
sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one
or more sections, subsections, subdivisions, sentences, clauses, phrases, or por_
ti.ons, or the application thereof to any person or place, be declared Invalid or
unconstitutional.
First reading at the regular meeting of the City Council of the said City
on the 6th day of November, 1979, and finally adopted and ordered published at a
regu'Lar meeting of said Council held on the 20th day of November 1979.
