RESOLUTION NO. 2014-102
A RESOLUTION APPROVING TEMP' RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH .
SOUTH SLOPE FOR CELL TOWER BASE
Whereas, The City recognizes that South Slope needs to dismantle the current cell
tower on the existing old water tower due to demolition in August 2014 and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that the attached temporary
agreement is acceptable to both parties to assist with South Slope finding a permanent
home for their cell antenna;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the Temp Rental Agreement with South Slope for Cell Tower Base.
On the 23rd day of July, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson introduced Resolution No. 2014-102, A RESOLUTION
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson
No action on this item until more research is
completed
Whereupon (# of people) Council members were present and voted approval and
Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014-102, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING TEMP RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH SLOPE FOR CELL
TOWER BASE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing'his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 23rd day of July, 2014.
