covered by this permit.
This permit must be posted in a conspicuous location in the front of building and protected from the weather. If this permit is not posted
work will be stopped. The building contractor will replace curb paving and gutter broken during construction. This permit will be voided
unless work has begun within six months of the date of issuance.

APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY SERVICE REQUEST
In requesting temporary electrical service,the undersigned understands and agrees:
1. Connection of temporary electrical service does not remove the requirement to comply with all State of
Georgia minimum construction codes.
2. Temporary electrical power is intended for completion of the construction process and testing equipment
installed within the structure.
3. Issuing approval for temporary power connection does not constitute approval to occupy the structure.
A Certificate of Occupancy must be issued by the City of Tybee Island prior to any occupancy.
4. The owner and contractor are hereby held responsible for any violations of this policy. A violation of this
policy may ult in dis onnection of the electrical service until all violations and deficiencies are corrected.

Gentlemen:
In conversation with zoning administration I was
asked to send a letter stating my request and
permission to install a cardboard baler at the rear
of my store. The baler will fit on the property with
a ` 9 9 or so encroachment on to the city right of
way. To make it less of an eyesore I wish to
contain it in a covered /closed shelter witch will
encroach an additional 5 or so inches. The zoning
administrator =lad no issues with this except to
personally accept t=ie responsibility of its removal

open the right of way of Lovell Ave., behind the
store and in the entire areas of Lovell ave.
This letter is to ensure that Tybee Isar=yet will
tale nll responsibility for the removal of tl is
piece of equipment and its enclosure in the event
flat such widening of the lovell ave. right of way
occurs.

this piece of equipment. It is with our
unc erstanding that there will not be a permit
needed to build the enclosure around this piece of
equipment as well as the compressor stand tut is
currently considered by neighbors to be unsightly.
There will be no encroachment of the rlgl t of way
with the compressor enclosure.
