MINUTES CITY OF JEFFERSON BOARD OF PLUMBING EXAMINERS & REVIEW April 5, 2018 MEMBERS PRESENT Michael Engelbrecht Gary Michel Jerry Raithel David Wright MEMBERS ABSENT Brent Haas COUNCIL LIAISON Ron Fitzwater, Absent STAFF PRESENT Richard Hunt, Plumbing Inspector Larry Burkhardt, Building Official GUESTS Robin Jacobi, American Water Operations Specialist Brandon Cook, American Water Operations Supervisor Aaron Lochowicz, American Water Operations Supervisor John Moore, City of Jefferson, Street Division Construction Inspector Jon Livingston, Jefferson City property owner CALL TO ORDER The Board of Plumbing Examiners & Review met April 5, 2018, in the Boone Bancroft Conference Room of the John G. Christy Municipal Building. The meeting was called to order by Larry Burkhardt, Building Official, at 3:00 p.m. A quorum was present. DISCUSSION OF LICENSEE HEARING PROCESS The License Hearing Process was discussed. PRESENTATION OF CHARGES AGAINST AUSTIN TIPTON, OWNER & MASTER OF ATEPHAC The presentation of charges against Austin Tipton were presented by Richard Hunt, Plumbing Inspector, City of Jefferson. Testimonies were given by members of American Water Utility Company and the City of Jefferson Street Department. All parties were able to ask and answer questions regarding this matter. Once the Board was satisfied that all testimony had been heard, the hearing was closed.
