Adoption of Agenda (as printed or reordered) 4. Communications Received 5. New Business/Public Hearings Case No. P18022 – Southside Neighborhood Rezoning, Rezoning from RA-2 to RS-4. Request filed by city staff for the rezoning of approximately 41 acres of land consisting of 139 properties from RA-2 High Density Residential to RS-4 Single Family Residential. The purpose of the request is to implement the recommendations of the Historic Southside Old Munichburg Neighborhood Plan and rezone a predominately single family residential neighborhood from its existing multifamily zoning to single family zoning. The area is generally described as a portion of the area South of Dunklin Street, East of Highway 54 and West of Jefferson Street in Jefferson City, Missouri. Maps of the proposed rezoning area are available on the Planning and Zoning Commission website at: www.jeffersoncitymo.gov and are on file at the Department of Planning and Protective Services and available for review during regular business hours. 6.
