Case No. P18025 - 500 E Miller Street, Special Exception Permit. Request filed by Aaron and Erin Clark, property owners, for a Special Exception Permit to operate a Short Term Rental. The property is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of East Miller Street and Jackson Street and is described as the West 78 feet of InLot 736, City of Jefferson, Missouri. Case No. P18026 - 105 Jaycee Drive, Rezoning from M-2 and RS-3 to C-1 and Comprehensive Plan Amendment. Request filed by Joe Lopez, applicant and Samson Family LLC, property owner, for the rezoning of 2.08 acres from M-2 General Industrial and RS-3 Residential to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial and an associated amendment to the Development Plan Map of the Comprehensive Plan. The property is located near the southeast corner of the intersection of West Main Street and Jaycee Drive and is described as part of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of Section 2 Township 44 North, Range 12 West in the City of Jefferson, Missouri (Central Missouri Professional Services, consultant).
