OF LYNGJOOD ADDING SUBSECTION (c) ^10 SECTION
5-39 OF THE CODE OF T1IE CITY OF LYN~~i00D
PERTAINING TO DOG LICENSE FEES.
`?'he City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby
does ordain as follovas:
SECTION 1. Section 5-39 of the Code of the City cf
Lynwood is hereby amended by adding thereto Subsection (O)
t0 read aS IO110WS:
(c) In the event the afore-Said fees ar•e
not paid on or before the times specified in Section 5-40
hereof, said fees shall be increased by 50'.
SECTION 2. Severability
If any section, subsection, subdivision, sentence,
clause, phrase, or portion of this ordinance, or tr,e application.
thereof to any person or place, is for any reason held to
be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any ecurt
cf competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect.the

Hereby decla=-es that it would have adopted this ordinance,
and each section, subsection, subdivision, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion thereof, irrespective of the fact that any
one or more sections, subsections, subdivisions, ser.ter.ces,
clauses, phrases, or portions, or the application thereof to
a:~-Y person or place, be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
