RESOLUTION NO, 80 -1864
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY RELATING TO THE PARKING COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1, Pursuant to Section 2641 of the Municipal Code
the number and qualifications of the Parking Commission shall be
as follows:
A, The Commission shall consist of seven (7) members,
each of whom shall be a resident of the City of Temple City
or an owner or lessee of property in one of the areas of
responsibility or supervision as set forth in Section 2650.
SECTION 2, Pursuant to Section 2661 of the Municipal Code
regular meetings of the Parking Commission shall be held in the
Council Chamber of the City Hall at 7 :30 p.m. on the second
Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Special meetings may be called in the manner prescribed under
Section 54950, et seq. of the Government Code.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution,
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 15th day of January, 1980.

held on the '15th day of January, 1980, by the following vote of the
Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Atkins, Gillanders, Merritt, Tyrell, Dennis
