ORDINANCE NO. 1023
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of Lynwood as
established by Ordinance No. 570 hereby is amended to reclassify certain
property as follows:
From no zone to Zone CF (Community Facilities Zone): Lots 118, 119,
120 and 128, Tract No. 15209.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the manner set forth
in detail in the amendatory part E-2 of the zoning map of the City of Lynwood ` _. .
being a part of said Ordinance No. 570 which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to certify
to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to be published once in
the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published
and circulated in the City of Lynwood.

on the 6th day of December, 1977, and finally adopted and ordered published
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 20th day of December, 1977.

passed on the date and by the vote therein stated.
