Old Business/Public Hearings A. 2019-2023 Transportation Improvement Program Development Action Requested: Public Hearing and adoption by Resolution RS2018-01. Staff Report: Staff has updated the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for Program Year 2019- 2023. The Program Year runs from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023. B. FY2019 Unified Planning Work Program Development Action Requested: Public Hearing and adoption by Resolution RS2018-02. Staff Report: Staff has updated the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for Fiscal Year 2019. The Fiscal Year runs from November 1, 2018 to October 31, 2019. Changes include priorities for 2019, major tasks completed in 2018, and updates of tasks to be completed for each of the five work elements. C. Incorporation of the 2019-2023 Transportation Improvement Program into the 2013-2035 Metropolitan Transportation Plan Action Requested: Public Hearing and adoption by Resolution RS2018-03. Staff Report: Staff has incorporated the 2019–2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) into the Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) as the first 5 years of the regional financial plan. Projects programmed in the TIP are to be derived from the MTP. 7. Other Business A. Status of current work tasks 8.
