A. Federal Performance Measures: Road and Bridge Condition
Action Requested: Discussion and approval of MoDOT Road and Bridge Condition Performance Targets
Staff Report: Refer to staff memo on the nature of Road and Bridge Condition Performance Targets and
how they were determined. There are no repercussions for failing to meet road/bridge performance targets.
CAMPO is required to adopt targets no later than November 16, 2018.
B. Federal Performance Measures: System Performance
Action Requested: Discussion and approval of MoDOT System Performance Targets.
Staff Report: Refer to staff memo on the nature of System Performance Targets and how they were
determined. There are no repercussions for failing to meet system performance targets. CAMPO is
required to adopt targets no later than November 16, 2018.
C. Federal Performance Measures: JEFFTRAN Transit Asset Management (TAM) Plan and Targets
Action Requested: Discussion and approval of JEFFTRAN’s TAM Plan and Targets.
Staff Report: JEFFTRAN was required to develop an asset management plan for their public
transportation assets, including; vehicles, facilities, equipment, and other infrastructure by October 1, 2018.
JEFFTRAN has met this requirement. CAMPO is required to approve the targets set by JEFFTRAN no
later than March 30, 2019.
