AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of Lynwood as
established by Ord~nance No. 570 is hereby amended by reclassifying the
following described parcel from R-1 to P-1;
Lot 195, Tract 8242, commonly known as 4335 Agnes.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the mann~r set
forth in detail in the amendatory part F-3 of the zoning map of the City of
Lynwood being a part of said Ordinance No. 570 and which amendator~ part
is a part hereof.
Section 3, The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to certify
to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to be published once in
the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published,
and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City
held on the 17th day of August, 1976, and finally adopted and ordered pub:ished
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 7th day of September, 1376.
Ayes: Councilmen BYork, Green, Higgins, Morris, Rowe.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen None.
