ORDINANCE NO. 1003
AN ORDINANCE OF TKE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYIVWOOD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as foilows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of Lyewood
as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended to reclassify certain
property as follows:
REMOVE ZONE C-2 from Lot 18, Tract 4936, and PLACE ZONE
C-3 on Lot 18, Tract 4936, in the City of Lynwood; commonly known as
9950 State Street.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the manner set
forth ln detail In the amendatory part A-1 of the zoning map of the City of
Lynwood being a part of safd Ordinance No. 570 and which amendatory part
is a part herEOf.
Section 3, The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to be published
once irn the Lqnwood Press, a newspaper of general circulation,~ printed,
published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
