AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF
SAID ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain
as £ollows:
Section l. The official land use plan of the City
of Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby
amended to reclassify certain property as follows:
REMOVE ZONE P-1 from Lots 118, 119, 120, 121,
Tract No. 15209.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in ths amendatory part E-2 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood being a part of said Ordinance
No. 570 and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to
cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published, and cir-
culated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of said city held on the 16th day of December, 1975, and finally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the 6th day of January, 1976.
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Liewer, Morris,Rowe
Noes: Councilmen None
Absent: Councilmen None
