Under the Olive Tree to Celebrate New Leesburg Store with
Ribbon Cutting on Saturday August 23, 2014
Leesburg, VA (August 11, 2014) – On
Saturday, August 23, 2014, Town of
Leesburg officials will celebrate the
grand opening of Under the Olive Tree’s
new Leesburg store. Mayor Kristen
Umstattd will officiate a ribbon cutting
ceremony at 10:00am. Under the Olive
Tree is located at 1603 Village Market
Boulevard SE, Suite 114, in the Village
at Leesburg.
Family owned and operated, Under the Olive Tree specializes in fresh, single varietal ultra
premium extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Their products are sourced from either
local or small family farms. The extra virgin olive oils are rotated every six months, based on the
biannual olive harvest seasons. Under the Olive Tree also carries locally made pasta and organic
spices, salts, honeys and preserves.
The Village at Leesburg store is the Beraud family’s second retail location. In addition to the
retail products, Under the Olive Tree plans to offer cooking classes, tasting events and made-
on-site tapas style food to go at the new Leesburg store.
