A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE OF $2,470 TO HAGERTY
EARTHWORKS LLC
Whereas, The City recognizes that a payment milestone has been achieved for the
2013 Water Storage Pressure Upgrade project and;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
paying the estimate of $2,470 to Hagerty Earthworks LLC.
On the 13th day of August, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson. Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2014-110, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE OF $2,470 TO HAGERTY EARTHWORKS LLC and
made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton
Nays: NONE
Absent: Petersen
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-110, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY
ESTIMATE OF $2,470 TO HAGERTY EARTHWORKS LLC to be adopted and signified
his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 13TH day of August, 2014.
