ORDINANCE NO, 973
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AMENDING SUB-SECTION (b) OF SECTION 13-38 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD RELATING TO FEES FOR PROVIDING SEWER
SERVICE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD HEREBY DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, Sub-Section (b) of Section 13-38 of the Code of the City
of Lynwood hereby is amended to read as Follows:
Sub-Sec, 13-38(b) Established. Premises not served by water; Where garbage
and rubbish is colleeted atlocations not served by city water, an additional
$0.35 per month per dwelling charge is to be made for providing sewer service.
A separate bimonthly statement shali be mailed to the person responsible
for the payment, payable in advance, and the collection of the charges shall
be covered by the provisions ofthis Code or other ordinances ofthe city.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause the same to be pubiiehed in the Lynwood Press, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the
City of Lynwood.

on the 6th day of August , 1974, and finally adopted and orderedPublished at t
