A RESOLUTION APPROVING SIGNING AN EASEMENT TO SOUTH SLOPE IN
TIFFIN HEIGHTS
Whereas, The City received a request to have an easement put in Tiffin Heights for a
fiber building with a driveway and culvert;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it is supportive of fiber
technology and capability being brought to Tiffin;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of`th, �,.,ityvof-Ttif,ffin, Iowa to approve
signing an easement to South Slope in Tiffin Heights\'�ee
