AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING SECTION 7-24 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD PROVIDING FOR THE
WAIVER OF BICYCLE LICENSE FEES.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby
does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7-24 of the Code of the City
of Lynwood hereby is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 7-24. License Fee.
The fee for a license required by this article to
be paid for a three year term shall be One Dollar ($1.00).
All license fees shall be paid in advance and pursuant to
this article. In the event that the chief of police or other
officer charged with the responsibility of administering this
article determines that a waiver of the license fee will aid
substantially in the licensing of bicycles pursuant hereto,
he may waive said fee with respect to all applications re-
ceived during such periods of time as he may from time to
time establish.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to
cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a
newspaper of general circulation printed and circulated in
the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of said city held on the 17 day of Septett~er , 1974, and
finally adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting
of said council held on the lst day of Actober , 1974.
