A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY ABANDONING PROCEEDINGS FOR TEMPLE
CITY IMPROVEMENT N0, 79 -6
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Temple City did,
on April 17, 1979 institute proceedings for the construction of
Sanitary Sewers in Agnes Avenue and other rights of way under
Temple City Improvement No, 79 -6; and
IWHEREAS, protests signed by persons representing ownership
of 100% of the area of the proposed district objecting to the
increased costs of the sanitary sewer assessment district have
been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Temple City; and
WHEREAS, it appears that proceedings should be abandoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Temple City as follows:
That proceedings for Temple City Improvement Noe 79 -6 are
hereby abandoned.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of January, 1980.
