AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AMENDING SUB-SECTION (b) OF SECT:COP1
32-49 OF TfiE CODE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD RELATING
TO G]~NERAL METER RATES FOR WATER SERVED THROUGH
METERS.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Subsection (b) of Section 32-4g of the
Code of the City of Lynwood relating to general metered rates
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Subsection (b) of Section 32-49 Quantity Charge.
In addition to the readiness to serve charge set fortYi i.n this
subsection, the rate supplied to consumers through a meter shall
be as follows:
"Established. For any and all consumption in cubic
feet per month, twenty-one cents ($0.21) per one hundred (100)
cubic feet or fraction thereof."
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective
January 1, 1975.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the
Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circula'tion, printed,
published and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 6th day of August, 1974, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting o£ said Council held
