AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.
570 FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN
AMENDED SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS
PART OF SAID ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as establ~shed by Ordinanee No. 570 is hereby amended to
reclassify certain property a.s follows:
FROM ZONE R-2 to ZONE C-2 - the northwest 41.4 feet of
the southeast 141.4 feet, the northeast 45.9 feet of the northwest
100 feet and the southwest 45.88 £eet of the northeast 91.78 ~eet
of the northwest 100 feet of Lot 25, Tract 7099, located on Cookacre
Avenue at the rear of 12703 Atlantic Avenue.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in
the manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part F-4 of
the zoning map of the City of Lynwood being a part of said
Ordinance No. 570 whSch amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause
the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published, and circulated in
the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 16th day of October, 1973, and £inally
adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council

Ayes: Councilmen Byork Liewer M3.lchow, Morris, Rowe.
Noes: Councilmen None
Absent: Councilmen None
