THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Any provision of the Code of the City of Lynwood or of the Lynwood Zoning Ordinance to the contrary notwithstanding, no building shall be constructed on any lot dESCribed in Section 3, which lots are located within that area of the City described as the Norwalk I-105 Freeway Corridor. H, Watt Tract in t4~e San Antonio Rancho Section 4: This is an u:gency o:diciance and sha31 take effect immediately and shall be effective for a period of four mont4ns, subject to extension pursuant to Government Code Section 65858~ The facts constituting the urgency are that the City Council, Planning CotnmYSSion, and I~Ilanning llepartment are studying and intend to study with~n a reasonable tirne a zoning pxoposal regulating the construction of buildings upon and use of any ~ot described in Section 3e The public health, safety, and weYfare of the citizens of Lynwood require that the provisions of this Ordinance take effect innrnediately ~n order to prevent any uses which may be in conflict with the aforesaid proposal~ Section 5.
