AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING SECTION 13-36 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD RELATING TO FEE5 FOR COLLECTING
AND DISPOSING OF C.ARBAGE AND RiIBBISH
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF LYNWOOD HEREBY DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 13-36 of the Code of the City of L.ynwood hex-eby
is amended to read as follows:
Sec, 13-36. Established. Charges established as f'ees to be paid for•
services rendered in the coltection and disposal of garbage and rubbish shalt
be established by resolution of the City CounciL in such amourits as the
Council may from time to time determine.
SECTION 2. The City C1erk sha11 certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published in the Lynwood Press, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated ln ±he
City of Lynwood,
an adjourned
First read at J regular xneeting of the City Council of said Ci#y held
on the 28th day of August , 1973, and finaLly adopted and ordered
published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 4th day of
September , 1973, by the following vote:
AYES: COL'NCII.:~ZEN: Byork, Liewer, Malchow, Morris,
Rowe.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT; COUNCILMEN: None.
