A Special Meeting was held by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret on Thursday, September 14,2000, 6:00 P.M.,
Municipal CourtlPolice Facility, 230 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret,
New Jersey.
The following were noted present:
Mayor James A. Failace
Council member James O'Brien
Noted absent were Councilmembers Crilley, Fazekas, Quinones,
Santoro and Sohayda and Borough Attorney Coughlin.
Also noted present was Nicholas Goldsack, Business
Administrator. Jim Mc Govern, Esq., Sy Bosco, Director Elg,
Captain Pieczyski, Lieutenant LaPoint, Detective Stroka, Robert
Terebetski and Wayne Hunderman.
Mailed to The Home News Tribune, The Star Ledger and posted
on the Bulletin Board on September 8, 2000.
PBA Grievances.
At approximately 6:25 p.m., Councilmember Santoro was noted
present.
At approximately 6:31 p.m., Dough Walsh, Esq. was noted
present. He was covering the meeting for Attorney Coughlin.
At approximately 7:00 p.m., due to Lack of Quorum this meeting
was never held. The PBA Grievances were held later this evening
at the Agenda Meeting in a Closed Session at approximately 7:05
p.m.
