ORDINANCE N0. 951
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 570 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SF,CTION
OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORUINANCE.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of~
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amend~:d
to reclassify certain property as follows:
FROM ZONE R-3 TO ZONE P-1 - the west 50 feet of Lot
68, Tract 2551, commonly known as 3532 Los Flores Bo~zlevard,
Section 2. That said classificat~on Gha]]. apply in
the manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part D-1 of Y.he
zoning map of the City of Lynwood being a part of said Ordinance
No. 570 which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3, The City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause
~ the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in
the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting o~ the City Council of
said City held on the 21st day of August, 1973, and Pi.nall.y adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said. Council he7.d on
the 4th day of September, 1973, by the following vote:
