6:30 pm Planning Discussion
I) Wind turbine at 441 WH Besse Cartway
2) Open Space & Recreation Plan
3) Informal Discussion —Andrew Singer, Esq. — Discuss a zoning amendment to extend the central VB
Zoning District easterly along Route 6A to incorporate properties that have historically been used for
commercial properties and also to propose a use definition to better reflect existing business use in such an
extended VB Zone.
4) Informal Discussion — Mr.Jon Juhl — Consultant for the Brewster Housing Authority
Discuss a proposed affordable housing development (Brewster Woods) location: adjacent to the Wells Court
senior housing development. Upon completion, Brewster Woods will consist of (50) one and two bedroom
units targeted to seniors, individuals and small families in need of affordable and workforce housing
5) Review Sign by-law— Discuss definitions and other sections
6) Approval of minutes from 10-23, I 1-6, and I I-13 meetings
