AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCTL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING SECTYON 5.39
OF THE LYNWOOD CITY CODE RELATING TO
DOG LICENSE FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD HEREBY DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Section 5.39 of the Lynwood City Code is amended
to read as follows:
Sec. 5.39 Amount of Fee
The license fee for keeping, harboring, or maintaining
a dog within the City shail be as followso
For every spayed female dog, $3.50 (provided, however,
that the certificate of a licensed veterinarian attesting to the
spaying of the dog in question shall accompany the payment oF
the license fee) and for all other dogs (puppies under the age
of four month excepted), $5.00.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause same to be pub-
lished once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood,
First, read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 21st day of November , 1972, and adopted

5th day of December n 1972, by the following vote:
