A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTS FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS PAD (LOT 29)
Whereas, The City recognizes that agreements need to be approved with developers
for this specific PAD approval and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it has received the
agreements and the City Attorney has reviewed and approved the agreements and can
recommend approval at this time;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
agreements for Tiffin Heights PAD (Lot 29).
On the tl10th day of September, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2014-117, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING AGREEMENTS FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS PAD (LOT 29) and made a
motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-117, A RESOLUTION APPROVING
AGREEMENTS FOR TIFFIN HEIGHTS PAD (LOT 29) to be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 10th day of September, 2014.
