ORDYNANCE NO, 921
AN URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING SECTION 7, 69 OF
CITY l7RDINANCE NOo 570 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AS
AMENDED, BY ADDING SUBDIVISION (f) THERETO
RELATING TO SITE PLAN APPROVAL IN THE CB-1 ZONE.
The City Cauncil of the City of Lynwood does hereby ordain
as follows:
Sectflon 1. Subdivision (f)
Subdivision (f) is added to Section 70 69 of Ordinance 570 of
the City of Lynwood to read as follows:
"(f) Site Plan: Site approval, pursuant to Section 8
Section 16.20 through Section 16.25 shall be required
for all uses in the CB-1 Zone. "

This is an ttt°gency ordiraance, shall take effect immediately
arnd shall be effeetive for a period of four months, subject to extension
pursuarnt to Governmeni Code Section 65858, The facts constituting the
urgency are that the City Council, Planning Commission, and Planning
DEpartment are studyirng and intend to study within a reasonable time
a zoning proposal regarding site plan approval and or development,
and the provisions of this ordinance as an urgency ordinance are necessary
to prevent uses which may be in conflict with such proposal.
