Represented by Coastal Engineering Company, Inc.The applicant is requesting a Site Plan Review Special Permit pursuant to Massachusetts General Law's c.40A, Section 9 and 11 and the Town of Brewster Zoning By-Law, Article X, Section 179-51 and Article XII Section 179-66 to construct the church building on the site of a prior church building that was destroyed by fire in November of 2012.
