ANR# 2014-24, Donald & Gail Smithson, Map 65, Lot 54 (formerly Map 26, Lots 90 & 97-2) 620 Tubman
Road, Rill Zoning District. The purpose of the ANR is to create two parcels in the rear for conveyance only,
remainder lot is a buildable lot, others currently lack frontage.
Representative: Dan Ojala, Down Cape Engineering.
ANR#2014-09, Kenneth & Kristine B. Viprino, 140 Black Duck Cartway, Map 20, Lot 30, RR Zoning District,
Represented by John O'Reilly, JM O'Reilly and Associates. Sign and approve a revised ANR Plan for the 2 lot
division. Lot 1 division into lots 2 and 3, LCP 37924-B, Cert. 166917. No substantive changes to the plan, only
details and additional notes. No changes in lot sizes or configurations.
