A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTROR/CLERK TO FORWARD
THE ANNUAL DEBT REPORT TO THE STATE OF IOWA
Whereas, The City recognizes that it has to meet reporting deadlines and the Annual
Debt Report has to be submitted to the State of Iowa by August 29, 2014 and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that'its financial obligations are
correct from review of the general ledger accounts and verification from our financial
advisors;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
submitting the Annual Debt Report to the State of Iowa.
On the 27th day of August, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2014-120, A RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO FORWARD THE ANNUAL
DEBT REPORT TO THE STATE OF IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Kahler
Ayes: Kahler, Petersen, Bartels, Upton.
Nays: none.
Absent: Ryan.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-120, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
CITY ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO FORWARD THE ANNUAL'DEBT REPORT TO
THE STATE OF IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing
his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 27th day of August, 2014.
