AUTHORIZING SALE OF JUNK AND BOROUGH OWNED VEHICLES
AND MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has in its possession Junk and Borough
Owned Vehicles and Miscellaneous Items; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to authorize a
sale of said vehicles and miscellaneous items; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret does authorize the Purchasing Agent to advert/se for said
sale.
Adopted this 7th day of June, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 8, 2001.
