A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE GRACE MOWING CONTRACT
ANOTHER TWO YEARS
Whereas, The City recognizes that it need to contract out mowing services to handle all
of the public areas that need to be maintained by the City and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that Grace Mowing is a good
provider of services with affordable rates and excellent`workmanship;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
extending the Grace Mowing Contract for another two -years.
-On the 27th day of August, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa;
Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014-122, A RESOLUTION
EXTENDING THE GRACE MOWING CONTRACT FOR ANOTHER,TWO YEARS and
made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton.
Ayes: Kahler, Petersen, Bartels, Upton.
Nays: none.
Absent: Ryan.
Whereupon four Council'members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-122, A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE
GRACE MOWING CONTRACT ANOTHER TWO YEARS to be adopted and signified
his approval of the same by affixing hissignaturethereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 27th day of August, 2014.
