Call to Order
Mary Schantz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Adoption of Agenda
Donna Deetz moved to adopt the agenda as printed. Doug Record seconded the
motion. Motion passed unanimously
New Business
a. Historic Preservation Plan – Heritage Strategies, LLC. Peter Benton and Elizabeth
Watson, consultants, with Heritage Strategies discussed what is to be expected and
outlined the process in developing the historic preservation plan. Heritage Strategies will
research programs, contact stakeholders and interest groups, and hold public meetings.
The plan will be tailored based on those conversations.
Other Business
a. Designation of Façade Improvement Committee Member. It was moved by Mary
Schantz to table this topic until the next regular meeting. Motion was seconded by Donna
Deetz. Motion passed.

a. Next Regular Meeting Date is February 12, 2019

Donna Deetz moved the meeting adjourn. Doug Record seconded the motion. Motion
carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:35 pm.
