AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDIr'ANCE NO. 570

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF

CERTAIN PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN

AMENDED SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS

PART OF SAID ORDINANCE.

The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain

as follow!s :
lo Section 1. The official land use plan of the City of
ii
Lynwood as established by Ordinance no. 570 is her~~by amended to
~
reclassify certain property as follows:
1$ FROM ZONE R-1 TO ZONE P-1 - Poztion of Lot 14, Tract
14
5301, parcels 14, 30, 31, and 34, commonly known as 4339 Imperial
16
Highway.

Section 2. That said c1~ssification shall apply in

the mann~r set forth in detail in the amendatory part F~1 qf
is
the zoning map of the City of Lynwood being a part of said

Ordinance No. 590 which amendatory part is a part iie~eof.

Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and

directed to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to
~
cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a
~
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published, and

circulated in the City of Lynwood.
~ First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of

said city held on the 7th day of December, 1971, and finally
~ adopted and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Counci

held on the 21st day of December, 1971, by the following vote:
