3 A CITY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
4 SECTION 20.44 TO INCREASE THE PENALTY FOR FAILURE
5 TO PAY BUSINESS LICENSE FEE.

7 The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
8 ordain as follows:
9 Section l. Section 20.44 of the Lynwood City Code is
10 amended as follows:
11 1°To all delinquent licenses there shall be added a
12 penalty of ten percent for each month the license fee remains
13 delinquent until the total penalty equals a sum of 50% greater
14 than the original license fee.
15 Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
16 of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the
17 Lynwood Press, a newspaper printed, published, and circulated in tk
18 City of Lynwood.
19 First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
20 said City held on the lst day of June, 1971, and finally adopted
21 and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held
22 on the 15th day of June, 1971, by the following vote:
