ORDINANCE N0. 883
AN OHDINAiQCE AN'u,NDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR 'IHE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING P•RAP WHICH IS PART OF SAID ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follotvs:
Sectlon l. The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended to
reclassify certain lots as follows:
FRONI ZON~ P-1 to ZONE R-1 - Lots 109 and 110, Tract
5~+56, 10713 San Jose Avenue, Lynwood, California.
Section 2. That said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part C-1 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood being a part of said Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part .hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 4th day of November, 1g70, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 17th day of November, 1970, by the following vote;
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Liewer, Siokos, Stevens
Noes: councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen None.
