AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AMENDING ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 16 OF
LYNWOOD CITY CODE TO ADD SECTION 16.1-A TO
LYNWOOD CITY CODE ADOPTING ORDINANCE OF THE
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES N0. 100~5, ~N ORDINANCE
AMENDING AND REVISING LOS ANGELES COUNTY
ORDINANCE N0. 7583 (THE HEALTH CODE OF THE COUNTY
OF LOS ANGELES).
The City Council of the City of Lynwood do ordain as
follows:
Section l. Article 1 of Chapter 16 of the Lynwood City
Code is amended to add Section 16.1-A thereto as follows: There
is hereby adopted by the City Council Los Angeles County Ordinance
No. 100~5 amending Section 504.1, 504.2 504.3, 509, 519, 523,
5~3•1, 5~3•2, 523•3, 524, 525.1 of Los Angeles County Oxdinance
N~• 7583, entitled: "An Ordinance Adopting a Health Code" adopted
August 25, 1959.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the Lynwood
Press, a newspaper printed, published, and circulated in the City
o£ Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 6th day of October , 1970, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
4th day of November , 1970, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Liewer Siokos
PJoes: Councilmen None
Absent: Councilmen Stevens i~
