AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING SECTION
11.01 OF ORDINANCE N0. 570 TO MAKE AUTOMOBILE
WRECKING A PERMITTED USE IN AN M-2 ZONE AND PROVIDING
SAID WRECKING YARD BE ENCLOSED BY A FENCE EIGHT
FEET IN HEIGHT.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, Cali£ornia, does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section l. Section 11.01 of Ordinance No. 570 is amended
to add paragraph 5-2 thereto which shall read as follows:
"Automobile Wrecking Yards, except that they shall be
enclosed within an area on all sides with a solid wall or uniformly
painted fence not less than eight feet in height."
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the Lynwood
Press, a newspaper printed, published, and circulated in the City
of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said city held on the 19th of May, 1970, and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 3rd day of June, 1970, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen_Byork, Green, Liewer, Siokos, Stevens
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen None
