A RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENTSFORPRAIRIE WEST PAD
AGREEMENT FOR LOT 63
Whereas, The City recognizes that agreements need to be approved with developers
for this specific PAD approval and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it has received the
agreements and the City Attorney has reviewed and approvedthe agreements and can
recommend approval at this time;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
agreements for PRAIRIE WEST PAD AGREEMENT FOR LOT 63.
On the 24TH day of. September, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2014-131, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING AGREEMENTS FOR PRAIRIE WEST PAD AGREEMENT FOR LOT 63
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Upton, Bartels
Nays: Petersen.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-131, A RESOLUTION APPROVING
AGREEMENTS FOR -PRAIRIE WEST PAD AGREEMENT FOR LOT 63 to be adopted
and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 24TH day of September, 2014.
