Century 21 Redwood Realty Celebrates New Leesburg Office
With Ribbon Cutting on September 5, 2014
Leesburg, VA (August 25, 2014) – CENTURY 21
Redwood Realty will be celebrating the grand
opening of their newest office at 17 Loudoun
Street SE in downtown Leesburg on Friday,
September 5, 2014. Mayor Kristen Umstattd
will officiate a ribbon cutting at 5:00pm.
The new office offers Leesburg
area homebuyers and sellers, many of whom have already been served at CENTURY 21
Redwood Realty's Ashburn office, an increased level of service and convenience in their real
estate transaction needs. For more information, please visit www.c21redwood.com.
"The explosive growth in our Ashburn office over the past few years has made this expansion
an absolute no-brainer. Our market share in Leesburg has grown over 62% in the last 12
months, and we are currently the #2 office in production for all of Western Loudoun County,"
said Shawn Milletary, the firm's Chief Operating Officer and a longtime Loudoun County
resident. "With a Leesburg Office, we believe that we can capitalize on the momentum that we
have in the region, even further increase our market share by increasing our visible presence,
and provide a convenient location for our agents and clients to conduct business in the
Leesburg area."
"The building is nearly 200 years old and fits the personality of the town perfectly. There will be
dedicated parking in the lot behind the building and a public garage caddy-corner across the
street!" commented Karen Cooper, Executive Vice President of Ashburn operations, who will
manage the Leesburg office in its initial growth phase.
